Depending on where you are in your pregnancy, you can save on your workouts by bundling two trimesters together, or even purchase all three!

The only kit you will need is a mat, a pair of dumbbells (or use bottles of water/canned food tins!) and a resistance band. Remember to have water handy and wear comfortable clothes.

The Team Bump workouts are separated into trimesters and you can purchase just one trimester, two or all three. Access to the Team Bump app is granted for three months. Wherever you are in your pregnancy, there’s a plan for you.
