Team Bump is a pregnancy and postnatal workout app which will will guide you through on-demand exercises specific to your trimester or postnatal stage, allowing you to take control of your fitness safely and with confidence.
Workouts are just the start of Team Bump. You’ll have access to a library of resources to inform and guide you, including articles and nutritional information.
Our online community of like-minded women are there to support each other, ask questions and get through workouts together. Team Bump members can also benefit from live events, special discounts and more.

Why Team Bump?
The Team Bump coaches have the knowledge and experience to guide you through your pregnancy and postnatal workouts. The aim is to educate you on the changes that occur during this time to empower you to understand how and why you’re adapting your workouts.
Team Bump is just that - your team. We are a growing community, there to support each other through all those questions that come up (exercise and non-exercise related) during pregnancy and into parenthood.
We all know how hard it can be to motivate yourself to work out when you’re growing and looking after a human - that’s a lot in itself! We’re confident our workouts will help you feel good and get the endorphins flowing.
The Team Bump Story
Hey! I’m Lizzie and I started Team Bump to help women feel strong, confident and empowered during pregnancy and beyond. I want to give you the tools to control your incredible body, not only during pregnancy, but also for labour and into motherhood.
I am a qualified and experienced pre- and postnatal coach. I believe there should be more positive information and awareness of exercise both during and after pregnancy - something I are committed to championing.
I know how hard it can be to stay active during the pre- and postnatal stages. However, exercise really helped me feel good through those tough days of pregnancy and exhaustion once the baby had arrived. Exercise also has such a positive impact on mental health - if you don’t have that elusive ‘pregnancy glow’ you can rely on the exercise glow!

Pregnancy:
For a one-off payment you’ll have to everything on the Team Bump app. The more trimesters you purchase, the cheaper they become:
Trimester 1: £65 for 3 months
Trimester 2 or 3: £75 for 3 months
Trimester 2 + 3 Bundle: £120 (saving £30) for 6 months
All 3 Trimesters Bundle: £165 (saving £50) for 9 months
The Postnatal Edition:
This is monthly cost of £35 per month and you can cancel at any time.

The only kit you will need is a mat, a pair of dumbbells (or use bottles of water/canned food tins!) and a resistance band. Remember to have water handy and wear comfortable clothes.

The Team Bump pregnancy workouts are separated into trimesters and you can purchase just one trimester, two or all three. Access to the Team Bump app is granted for three months. Wherever you are in your pregnancy, there’s a plan for you.

Yes! Exercise in pregnancy is not only safe for you and your baby, it's actually beneficial! Sign up to emails for two free articles for more information covering this topic. Each workout on the Team Bump platform is trimester-specific so you'll have peace of mind that you're working out in the right way.

The Team Bump workouts vary from 15 to 60 minutes, allowing you to choose a session that fits around your day, your mood, specific pregnancy symptoms, work or the school run. Follow along in real-time (and hit pause if you need to).
